Primary Outpatient Mental Health Care involves variuos primary outpatient mental health care services and helps to ensure mental health care for adults, children and adolescents, and services for the treatment of addictive disorders.
Services are provided on a team-based principle. The team consists of a psychiatrist, child and adolescent psychiatrist, mental health nurse, social worker and medical psychologist. A family physician (paediatrician) can also be included into the team. You can arrange a visit to any member of the team due to his/her competence. Services are provided to all residents of Molėtai district.
You do not need a referral. You can make an appointment yourself or be referred by your family physician (paediatrician) or other specialists.
Urgent mental health care is provided to all patients.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED (except the cases of emergency or urgent help) by phone: (8 383) 52205; (8 647) 56634 or in the reception of Mental Health Centre of PE PHC of Molėtai district (Graužinių str. 2, LT-33125 Molėtai) from Monday to Friday. It necessary to have a passport or ID.
Patients are registered to psychiatrists in a separate reception of Mental Health Centre by phone 8 383 52205, mob. phone (8 647) 56634 or on the arrival to the Mental Health Centre of PE PHC of Molėtai district on working days from 8am to 5 pm.
Urgent psychological help (counselling) of a qualified medical psychologist to people suffering from critical situations is provided by the Mental Health Centre of PE PHC of Molėtai district from Monday to Friday during the working hours of a medical psychologist.
